To continue to work on improving and maintaining my body mobility, flexibility, and balance as well as strengthening my body.

I joined January 16, 1999, so 20 years!
- What do you like best about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
The many class options that are available and great facility in which to do them.
- What area(s) of the club do you use?
Yoga classrooms, pool, whirlpool, steam room, circuit room, apparel area (pro shop), HydroMassage, lobby (for socializing!).
- What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
To best utilize my free time and to maintain my physical fitness.
- Any tips for current or prospective members?
Investigate all that is available and don’t hesitate about trying new classes and new physical activities.

Don’t let age be a deterrent in what you want to do!
