Ingredients:
- ½ tablespoon barbecue sauce
- Leftover chicken, chopped or shredded.
- ¼ avocado
- ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 bagel
- 1-2 strips bacon, cooked
Instructions:
- The night before serving, mix barbecue sauce with chicken. Cover and refrigerate.
- When ready to eat, combine avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, and cream cheese.
- While toasting the bagel, heat chicken and bacon in a pan on medium heat.
- Spread the sauce on the bagel, and then add the chicken and bacon. Cut in half, serve, and enjoy!
