My kids play hockey at the Dakotah! ice rink and I wanted to workout while I was waiting for them.

Since 2008.
- What do you like best about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
I like that Dakotah! has a personal feel and the staff and members are really nice.
- What area(s) of the club do you use?
I like the metabolic challenge and circuit training classes. I also enjoy the sculpting yoga classes.
- What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
I want to be in good shape, keep a healthy weight, and have the energy to be able to go to work and take care of my family. I am motivated to work hard, and the class instructors know how to push us and have fun at the same time.
- Any tips for current or prospective members?
So many options from weightlifting, cardio machines, fitness classes, personal training, swimming pool, indoor track, pickleball, racquetball, and more. There’s something for the entire family to enjoy!
- Do you have a personal motto you’d like to share?
Go big or go home!
