Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup of buttermilk
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and buttermilk. Stir until well-combined. Place cauliflower florets into the mixture and toss until each piece is coated with mixture.
- Place coated cauliflowers on a baking sheet in an even layer and cook in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the cauliflower is in the oven, mix the melted butter and buffalo sauce in a small bowl.
- When the cauliflower is finished cooking, place into the sauce and toss until evenly coated. Let sit for one minute before enjoying. Pair with celery sticks and your favorite ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.
