Tortilla Chip Ingredients
- 6-8 corn tortillas
- Olive oil spray
- Coarse salt
Nacho Ingredients
- 1 cup precooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup jarred salsa
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Tortilla Chip Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut tortillas into six pieces - a pizza cutter works best.
- Line tortilla pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer. Spray an even layer of olive oil over the tortilla pieces, flip and repeat.
- Sprinkle coarse salt over each piece.
- Bak in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Nacho Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place baked tortilla chips on an oven-safe tray or pan. Layer shredded chicken and cheddar cheese on top.
- Place in the oven for approximately five minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with tomatoes, avocado, black olives, red onion, salsa, and Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
