Burger Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Seasonings to taste (salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder)
- 4 slices of American cheese
Wrap Ingredients
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Red onion, sliced
Burger Instructions
- Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and preferred seasonings in a medium bowl.
- Divide the mixture into four sections and roll each section into a ball before flattening into a patty.
- Place patties onto a grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Top with American cheese for the last minute or until melted.
- Let rest 1-2 minutes off the grill before assembling.
Wrap Instructions
- Lay out each romaine lettuce leaf on a flat surface. Place a patty on each one.
- Top with tomato, red onion, and any other desired ingredients or sauces.
- Fold the romaine lettuce around the burger, making sure to keep all ingredients tucked into the lettuce to avoid mess. Enjoy!
