- Why did you join Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
My family joined Dakotah because we were looking for a change. The proximity to our home and the pool were a big draw for us! Friends that were already members had nothing but positive things to say.!

3 years (I think)
- What do you like best about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
I like the community feeling at Dakotah! The staff and members are so friendly and have been very encouraging! I also like that I can get in and complete my workout without having to wait long to use any of the equipment.
- What area(s) of the club do you use?
The treadmills, free weights and group fitness classes.
- What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
My son got engaged to a wonderful girl in January. This really pushed me to focus on fitness goals with a timeline to achieve them. I want to feel strong, healthy and confident for his wedding and whatever comes next.
- Any tips for current or prospective members?
I had a weight loss and physical strength goal as I approached 2024. By setting mini-goals throughout the process it made me feel successful and further motivate me to continue on. I would encourage anyone just starting to do the same.
- Do you have a personal motto you’d like to share?
What's meant to be will always find a way.
