Ingredients:
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup shredded turkey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1 ounce of slices brie cheese
Directions
  1. Butter both sides of sourdough bread. Place slices with the butter side down on a cutting board.
  2. Place shredded turkey on one slice of bread and add salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce on top of turkey.
  4. Layer brie on top of cranberry sauce. Finish by placing the remaining bread on top to close the sandwich.
  5. Heat a skillet on the stove on medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet, butter side down. Heat for 2-4 minutes per side, or until brie is melted and bread is golden brown.
  6. Enjoy with additional cranberry sauce for dipping.
