Ingredients:
- Chicken breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- Brioche bun
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 slice of Swiss cheese
- 1 ring of pineapple
- 1 slice of tomato
- Lettuce leaf
Directions
- The night before, place chicken breast in sealed bag with barbecue sauce. Place in refrigerator to marinate overnight.
- Place marinated chicken in a skillet and cook on both sides until fully cooked through at least 165 degrees.
- To assemble the sandwich, place the Brioche bun on a plate and layer with the chicken, bacon, Swiss cheese, pineapple, tomato, and lettuce.
- Slice in half and enjoy right away or prepare in advance.
