I mainly attend classes.
- What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
I aim to get stronger and gain more knowledge about working out, which I am reaching through talking with other members and attending classes.
- Any tips for current or prospective members?
I would tell them to try anything and everything that sounds interesting and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
