After a year and a half break from the gym due to COVID-19, we needed to get back to structured workouts again.

The best thing about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness is the challenging classes provided by motivating instructors.
- What area(s) of the club do you use?
Depending on the day, we use almost everything Dakotah! Sport and Fitness has to offer its members.
- What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
As we age, we want to maintain our strength and flexibility to be able to enjoy a good quality of life.
- Any tips for current or prospective members?
For current members, always welcome and be supportive of the "newbies," as we were. It really made a positive difference for us. For prospective members, Dakotah! Sport and Fitness is a good fitness environment that will quickly become a routine!
- Do you have a personal motto you’d like to share?
You don't have to be perfect. Just challenge yourself each day.
