To stay in shape during the winter (plenty to do in the summer).

Group classes and the instructors. Camaraderie and the friends I've made.
What area(s) of the club do you use?
Group classes, racquetball.
What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
Maintain my fitness level. Having regular classes that I attend keeps me on schedule.
Any tips for current or prospective members?
Try the group classes. They are included with membership and working out with the group will keep you motivated. It is a great way to meet other members.

Work hard, play hard.
