Why did you join Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
I chose Dakotah! Sport and Fitness because it was close to me. It has a wide variety of fitness options, like classes, equipment, personal training and an aquatic center.

Since January 2020.
What do you like best about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
Everyone is so friendly and make you feel welcome. I love the variety of classes you can take. All of the instructors and trainers are awesome and very knowledgeable.
What area(s) of the club do you use?
I mostly sign up for the classes. Although sometimes I use the circuit room, indoor track and pool/whirlpool. My son shares a membership with me and enjoys the basketball courts and the pool. I also enjoy the smoothies/juices at Recharge.
What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
My goals are to continue to stay active and healthy by working out regularly every week. Dakotah! has a health insurance reimbursement program that I'm able to take advantage of. This helps to keep me motivated along with the support from the instructors.
Any tips for current or prospective members?
Baby steps, take one day at a time, change doesn't happen overnight. It takes 3- 6 months for something to become a habit.

Always remember, you're stronger than you think you are.
