We had a home gym, but as a family we needed something different and needed more.

- What do you like best about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
The variety. It’s great to have machines and cardio equipment, the gym is great for our kids who play basketball, and the classes are a great change of pace.
- What area(s) of the club do you use?
We’ve taken advantage of everything except for the pool.
- What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
Same as everyone else…to age gracefully.
- Any tips for current or prospective members?
Try the classes. They can seem a little intimidating from afar, but it’s a great group of people that participate. The instructors create workouts that are challenging, but doable.
- Do you have a personal motto you’d like to share?
To quote Einstein, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. If the results aren’t what you’re looking for, try something new.
