We had friends that were members, and we decided to give it a try. We loved the boot camp and HIIT classes that were offered.

Weight room, gym, track, and treadmills.
- What area(s) of the club do you use?
I try to stay in shape during the basketball season, and access to the weight room and treadmills have been amazing. The boot camp and team conditioning classes have helped my endurance and strength also.

Just get in the gym and start a routine. Join classes—they are a great way to get to meet people and are an amazing workout.
