I have been a member since January 2001.
What do you like best about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
I like the classes, the instructors, and the friendly and welcoming staff.
What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
The classes and the instructors push me, so I don’t get complacent in my workouts. I really appreciate when the instructors give us reminders during class on correct breathing, correct posture, and they are always encouraging.
Any tips for current or prospective members?
Don’t give up! Somedays are tougher than others, but we’re all here to feel better and stay healthy.
