Ingredients:
- Tricolor rotini (or pasta of your choice)
- Bacon, crumbled
- Avocado, sliced
- 1–2 packets dry ranch dressing mix (you will need 2 if you are making a big batch)
- Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- Tomato, sliced
- Black olives
- Cheddar cheese
- Lettuce or spinach
Prep—Night before:
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (including dressing) except for the avocado.
Next Day:
- Put lettuce or spinach on bottom of plate
- Spoon on pasta salad
- Top with avocado slices
