Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup shredded turkey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 1 ounce of slices brie cheese
Directions
- Butter both sides of sourdough bread. Place slices with the butter side down on a cutting board.
- Place shredded turkey on one slice of bread and add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Spread cranberry sauce on top of turkey.
- Layer brie on top of cranberry sauce. Finish by placing the remaining bread on top to close the sandwich.
- Heat a skillet on the stove on medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet, butter side down. Heat for 2-4 minutes per side, or until brie is melted and bread is golden brown.
- Enjoy with additional cranberry sauce for dipping.
