Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup flour (oat flour preferred)
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup raisins
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine vanilla protein powder, flour, ground ginger, and cinnamon.
  2. Once the dry mixture is fully incorporated, add in almond butter and raisins, kneading into a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a silicone or baking dish lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares. Enjoy!
