Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup flour (oat flour preferred)
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup raisins
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine vanilla protein powder, flour, ground ginger, and cinnamon.
- Once the dry mixture is fully incorporated, add in almond butter and raisins, kneading into a dough.
- Press the dough into a silicone or baking dish lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares. Enjoy!
