(Yields four burgers)


Burger Ingredients
  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Seasonings to taste (salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder)
  • 4 slices of American cheese
Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Red onion, sliced
Burger Instructions
  1. Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and preferred seasonings in a medium bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into four sections and roll each section into a ball before flattening into a patty.
  3. Place patties onto a grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Top with American cheese for the last minute or until melted.
  4. Let rest 1-2 minutes off the grill before assembling.
Wrap Instructions
  1. Lay out each romaine lettuce leaf on a flat surface. Place a patty on each one.
  2. Top with tomato, red onion, and any other desired ingredients or sauces.
  3. Fold the romaine lettuce around the burger, making sure to keep all ingredients tucked into the lettuce to avoid mess. Enjoy!
