Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Once the mixture is well combined, use a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop to portion out the mixture. Roll each portion into a ball with your hands.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Eat them as a quick snack or breakfast on the go. Enjoy!
