Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Once the mixture is well combined, use a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop to portion out the mixture. Roll each portion into a ball with your hands.
  3. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  5. Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Eat them as a quick snack or breakfast on the go. Enjoy!
