Ingredients:
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, deboned and shredded
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon or regular mustard
- 1-2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, and celery. Stir until well combined.
- Mix in dill, salt, and pepper.
- Serve as a sandwich, over cold pasta, or on its own!
