Ingredients:
- Large seedless watermelon, removed from rind and sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Directions
- Place watermelon chunks in the freezer for one hour.
- Combine frozen watermelon chunks, yogurt, white sugar, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Make sure to not over blend, preventing the dish from getting watery.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe dish and place in the freezer for one hour before serving. Enjoy!
