Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh herbs: mint or basil, minced
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper (optional)
Directions
  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and add it to a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with feta cheese, fresh herbs, and salt.
  4. Add black pepper, if needed.
  5. Serve immediately.
